Heron Instruments warranties all units to be free from defects in material and workmanship affecting serviceability.

Heron Warranty coverage does not extend to the following:

• Tape, bag or batteries used with the product.
• Products used as rental equipment.
• Products contaminated by materials which are hazardous and as such have rendered the unit unserviceable as outlined in the maintenance guide and warranty manual.
• Parts failure due to neglect in cleaning or servicing.
• Failure of parts caused by misuse or inappropriate use.

Heron Instruments Inc is also prepared to extend the above conditions beyond the warranty period subject to the units being economically repairable.

Heron, in its sole discretion, shall determine if parts are defective and are covered under the limited warranty. We reserve the right to substitute such parts we consider appropriate, drawn from current models. We are not responsible or liable for consequential damages, losses or costs caused by or associated with instrument failure for any reason whatsoever.
