Returns to Heron for Repair Heron Instruments, Inc. provides very good Warranties on all of their instruments. If a Heron Instrument is in need of repair, the following applies.
A flat charge of $25.00 will be invoiced by Heron for each repair unit
to cover inspection and return shipping and handling costs via UPS

Downloadable and Printable Repair Form: Click here for the Heron Repair Form. When returning instruments for repair, please include this form giving Heron your return address, a brief explanation of the problem and an e-mail address or telephone number where you can be contacted.
3. Return the Instrument to Heron for Repair:
Return all US repairs to: Heron Instruments Inc., 15 Lawrence Bell Drive, Amherst NY 14221 USA.
Return all Canadian and International repairs to: Heron Instruments Inc., 2031 James Street, Burlington, ON L7R 1H2, Canada.
