Facsimile, Phone, and Mail Orders: Please print our Order Form for facsimile (FAX) and mail orders or call 1-508-425-7291 (Massachusetts) or call 1-877-234-3924 TOLL FREE in the USA. FAX orders can only be made when payment is by credit/debit card (Visa and Mastercard accepted), while mailed orders can be by either credit/debit card or check/money order. There is a $50 USD processing fee for check or money orders drawn from a financial institution outside of the USA. When placing orders, please select the correct shipping and tax options. If you select the wrong option your order cannot be shipped! If this occurs we will contact you relative to an adjustment. Only state of Massachusetts, USA orders are subject to State Tax (5%). International orders are shipped by air currier services provided by UPS, Federal Express, and DHL. Contact us if you need your order quickly. We will ship by 2nd day or next day air for an extra charge where this is available. If additional import fees (or duty) are incurred during shipment, they are the responsibility of the purchaser.
